Phase / Repetition

Lunar phases are arranged as a measured visual sequence. Repetition produces rhythm, but each phase also marks an irreversible passage. The work uses photographic images not simply to illustrate astronomical change, but to make duration perceptible. The viewer reads the sequence spatially while understanding it temporally; several moments are held together in one field. In this compression of time, the moon becomes a structure through which memory and observation organise change.

月の位相を、計測された視覚的な連なりとして構成しています。反復はリズムを生みますが、それぞれの位相は不可逆な時間の通過を示します。天文学的変化を説明するのではなく、持続そのものを知覚可能にするための写真表現です。鑑賞者は並びを空間として読みながら、同時に時間として理解します。複数の瞬間を一つの場に圧縮することで、月は記憶と観察が変化を組織するための構造となります。
